Step 1
Decide on the size of your pouf: diameter and height. For the top and bottom, make a pattern equal to the sector ΒΌ of the circle. For the side part you need a rectangular part: its width is equal to the height of the future pouf, the length is the length of the rounded line of the template x4. Seam allowances - 1.5 cm.
Fold the fabric for the upper and lower parts of the pouf four times and cut 4 circles, as shown in the photo. The upper and lower parts of the pouf will be double for greater density.
Also cut 2 of the same circle from the duplicate material. Duplicate two fabric circles for the top and bottom with adhesive material.
Cut and duplicate the side part.
Step 2
If there is an applique on your pouf, prepare it. Draw or print a sketch, cut the part from the duplicated fabric and sew the applique on one of the non-duplicated circles on the front side. You can sew manually or on a machine, in a zigzag or a simple stitch.
On the second non-duplicated circle, sew the circles in the form of annual tree rings sewing back the needle manually.
Step 3
Sew the side part into the ring. Iron allowances.
Fold in two parts for the top and bottom of the pouf. Outside there should be circles with decor, inside - duplicated circles. Chip the top part and side part with pins and grind. Repeat with the lower part, leaving a hole for turning out.
Step 4
Turn out the pouf. Fill with filler. Sew the hole manually with a blind stitch. Done.
