Each of us consciously or unconsciously creates a certain image. Our inner content is inevitably reflected in external manifestations: in behavior, clothing style, conversation.



Our image
affects people, it also helps us to be more successful, more meaningful in the eyes of others. And the only force that can influence our image is ourselves. The foundation of our image is laid by the family, education and our environment, but over time, we ourselves become the "fashion designers" of our appearance and behavior. This whole set of external manifestations of one person - the image - seriously affects the business. That is, the business we are doing.
Human image - this is not only an impression or memories of him. Image determines our willingness to act in relation to this person in a certain way.
The current opinion about us will determine the psychological readiness to cooperate with us or, conversely, to ignore us. We cannot or do not have an image - each of us has it. Speaking of someone, we say: "Well, what do you want from him ... This is Vasya!" Or vice versa: “Well, of course, he will do it. This is Vasily!”
Our image is a promise that we make to others. If we do the work on time, it means that our customers can rely on us. If we recognize and solve problems before they turn into a crisis, we save the nerves and money of our customers.

In a public place - whether we notice it or not - us andevaluate our behavior. An impression is made about us, depending on the appearance, on how we hold ourselves. We transmit information about ourselves even before we come to a person and utter at least one word. In seconds, people can make an approximate assessment of our skills, level of education, membership in a particular social group. In addition, they immediately “read” the emotional state: in facial expressions, in movements, in gaze.
Of course, we want to be judged on us by our inner qualities and abilities. However, keep in mind that the first impression may be the only one. People who like the interlocutor externally seem to him more interesting, intelligent, more disposed to themselves, cause a feeling of comfort.
Media publications can also work on our image. Our employees write articles in specialized publications. Moreover, corporate media provide such an opportunity. Many maintain their pages on the Internet, thus reaching out to a younger audience of potential customers.
There are no restrictions on creating an image. The main thing is to start, and one action will entail another. For example, you can take part in interesting projects in our company. And in parallel with the main work, you can participate in the discussion of reports at conferences, make a report yourself, write articles. And, thus, demonstrate to a wide audience their professionalism, skills and abilities.

- Image - This is not what we can say about ourselves, but how others perceive us.
- Image “This is not what we can ask for.” In the eyes of others, our image is built by itself.
- Image - not a form of recognition or privilege. This is not something a company can provide us with as a “bonus” for good work.
- Image not eternal. We cannot create our image forever. It must be maintained and developed.

We can congratulate you! Your image is not just sustainable. You have created a holistic “personal brand”.And it is necessary to relate to it in the same way as well-known corporations relate to their brand.
