Fabric or paper, PVC tubes or barbecue sticks, paint or clothespins - the frame for the mirror can be made from a wide variety of materials and things.

1. Mirror in a frame with rays: a master class

Photo: catiescorner2.blogspot.com

It’s easy to make such a decor for a mirror, but it looks like a work of a famous designer.

You will need:

- a small round mirror in the frame;

- packaging of wooden sticks for barbecue;

- universal glue or glue gun;

- eyelet to hang a mirror;

- silver paint in a cylinder;

- masking tape.

1. Turn the mirror over and glue sticks onto it from the inside. Start with two rays opposite each other, then glue the two sticks perpendicularly to the first, then at an angle of 45 degrees and so on: so the rays will fall evenly in a circle. You can make all the rays the same length or leave a few longer.

2. Glue the loop from the inside, for which you will hang a mirror.

3. Cover the front of the mirror with masking tape so that the paint does not get on the glass. Paint the frame and the rays with silver paint from a spray can, let it dry and remove the adhesive tape. Done!

2. A mirror in a frame of ringlets: a master class

Another simple but effective option, suitable also for rooms with high humidity, for example, for the bathroom (the main thing is to use waterproof glue).

You will need:

- round mirror;

- a pair of PVC pipes (such are used in plumbing);

- glue for plastic, glue gun or other durable waterproof glue;

- a jigsaw, a hacksaw or a strong breadboard knife;

- sandpaper;

- ruler and pencil or marker.

1. Mark PVC pipes into pieces of the same thickness (1-2 cm). Saw the tubes into rings with a saw or cut with a breadboard knife. To make the edges smooth, sand them. The number of rings depends on the size of the frame you want to make.

2. Lay out the rings on the working surface, observing the shape of a circle with a hole in the middle. The hole in the circle should be slightly smaller in diameter than the diameter of your mirror. Glue the circles to the sides, following the pattern. When everything is ready, leave the glue to dry.

3. Now glue the frame to the back of the mirror. When the glue dries, the mirror can be hung on the wall: one of the rings of the frame can serve as a loop.

3. Mirror in a frame of wooden "round"

Photo: jaimecostiglio.com

To create such a frame, you may need male help - or not, if you are able to handle the saw deftly enough. The result, however, is worth it - such a mirror will look especially good in a country house or in an apartment decorated with natural materials.

You will need:

- round mirror;

- a sheet of plywood;

- several branches of a tree of different diameters (for example, branches left after trimming trees or found in the forest);

- a file or a jigsaw;

- sandpaper;

- strong glue;

- pencil, ruler.

1. Put your mirror on a plywood sheet and circle it in a circle.

2. Along the entire circumference, measure an equal distance (this will be the width of your frame) and draw another circle.

3. Saw off the plywood in a larger circle.

4. Saw branches into round wings of the same thickness. Process their edges with sandpaper.

5. Glue the kruglyash to the part of the plywood base intended for the frame. Leave space for a mirror in the middle.

6. Lubricate the place for the mirror with glue and glue the mirror in the center of the frame. Leave to dry.

7. It remains to attach a loop from the inside and hang the mirror on the wall.

5. Mirror in a frame from a cord: a master class

Photo: restorationbeauty.com

As a basis, you can take plywood (it will need to be cut to the size of the frame) or durable plastic (then you can do with a breadboard knife). The frame itself can be made from a thinner or thicker cord.

You will need:

- round mirror;

- a frame-sized base (a cut circle made of plywood or durable plastic with a diameter larger than the diameter of your mirror);

- rope or cord;

- strong glue;

- scissors;

- eyelet to hang a mirror.

1. Glue the mirror exactly in the center of the base. Along its edge, begin to lay out the cord, gluing it to the base.

2. You can lay the cord in a spiral, or you can cut the end of each turn by carefully gluing the ends.

3. When you lay out the entire base with a cord, put another turn around the edge. It remains to let the glue dry and attach a loop on the back.

- double sided tape;

- paint in the spray can.

1. Glue a double-sided tape on a napkin and attach a napkin to it exactly in the center of your mirror.

2. Paint the mirror with spray paint. Let the paint dry and remove the wipe. Done!
